Mi nombre
es Brett Singley y tengo 25 años. Yo me
gradué con un título de licenciatura de BYU en 2009 y actualmente estoy
trabajando en un título de maestría. Yo
soy de Canyon Country, California, que está a unos 30 kilómetros al norte de
Los Angeles. Yo
me casé en agosto de 2007 a mi esposa Angelynn y acabamos de tener nuestra
primera niñita llamada Isla en octubre de 2009. Me gusta jugar todo tipo de deportes,
principalmente fútbol, baloncesto y tenis. He
trabajado durante los últimos años de una empresa de consultoría de
ingeniería civil nombrado MWH en sus oficinas en Pasadena, California, y Salt
Lake City, UT. Estoy muy emocionado de
reunirse con el grupo de la UAZ. Tuve
la oportunidad de venir en este viaje el año pasado y tenía un montón de
diversión para conocer gente nueva y mejorar mi español. Mi
español no es tan fluido, pero me gusta tratar de usarlo mucho cuando tengo
la oportunidad.
My name
is Brett Singley and I am 25 years old. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree
from BYU in 2009 and I am currently working towards a master’s degree. I am
from Canyon Country, California, which is about 30 miles north of Los
Angeles. I was married in August 2007 to my wife Angelynn and we just
had our first little girl named Isla in October 2009. I love to play all
types of sports mainly soccer, basketball, and tennis. I have worked
for the last few years for a civil engineering consulting firm named MWH in
their offices in Pasadena, CA and Salt Lake City, UT. I’m really excited to meet the group from
UAZ. I was able to come on this trip
last year and I had a lot of fun getting to know new people and improving my
Spanish. My Spanish is not nearly
fluent but I enjoy trying to use it a lot when I get the chance. |
