Logros de la semana:

Desarrollamos el alcance del proyecto. Sin embargo, no hemos podido trabajar de lleno con el análisis por falta de información.

Hemos tomado el tiempo para leer nuevamente la propuesta enviada por nuestros compañeros de México para comprender un poco mejor el proyecto.

Planes para la siguiente semana:

Planeamos recibir y revisar la información que nos enviara Yazmin. De esta manera determinaremos cuánto podremos usar y qué tipo de análisis podemos generar con la información.

Estaremos anhelosamente esperando cualquier información que puedan enviarnos relacionada con el proyecto.

Accomplishments for the week:

This week our team has overviewed our scope of work. We have not been able to actively work on any of the analyses yet due to a lack of data at this point. We have heard, however, that Yazmin has obtained 90% of the initial data that we will need. This week we have briefly began to look at the QUAL2K program. We have also taken some time to go over the proposal again to get a better understanding of the project.   

Plans for next week:

We plan to receive and take a look at the data that will be provided by Yasmin. We will be able to tell how much we can use and what type of analysis we can produce form it. Then hopefully we will be able to begin the WMS part of the analysis.  

Needs:

Our team just needs to receive any data that we can from our group in Mexico. This data still includes Aerial and topographic images, soil type and land use data, rainfall data, and water quality analysis for the rivers and streams in Veracruz.
